Mary Grace Springthorpe joins as Executive Director, President of Recruitment Services

Grace possesses 23 years of Human Resources expertise across all HR-related functions and a successful track record of advancing company vision. Core areas of expertise include talent management, compensation and benefits strategy and design, human resources operations, and legal compliance.
Grace earned her MBA degree from Suffolk University with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. Grace also earned her undergraduate degree from Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Law.
